Positive: We were in this small hotel (10 rooms?) for 11 days. There were two of us, myself and my daughter. My husband was staying with his brother for 10 of the days. They have a variety of room arrangements, and were nice enough to show us the options. We took two separate rooms. They accommodated the fact that I needed one on the ground floor. The breakfasts initially consisted of the usual European salami/kolbasz/cheese set-up until the owner arrived several days after we did. Then she added some nice baked goods and yogurt. They also serve coffee and tea, For lunch and dinner, there is a restaurant directly across the street with excellent food at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them. It is a casual local place.

Negative: The driveway to the parking lot has a curve and is steep, as the hotel sits on a hill. While we were able to navigate it, it was not the most comfortable set-up. On the 11th day, my husband decided to stay the night as we were leaving for the airport the next morning. I found her additional request for another 15,300 Hungarian forints to be high because it brought the cost of the room to over $100.00 for that night. We paid less in Budapest. Otherwise, the 2 rooms, one with the king size bed was in the vicinity of $54.00 each. The total for the 11 nights(2 rooms) came to around $1,350 U.S. dollars with breakfast. They charge a nominal 300 forints for breakfast. It appears that they charge per person, not per room.

Summary: 11 nights in a small boutique style hotel.
