Situated on the 7th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 58m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is designed withan open floor plan. The living room features two sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with stunning view of Paris and its iconic monuments: Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower, Sacré-Cœur, La Défense.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave.The apartment also has a washer/dryer machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A dedicated working space is also at your disposal!
Please note, one of the bedrooms is located adjacent to the elevator shaft. While the sound is minimal, it may be slightly noticeable for individuals who are particularly sensitive to noise during times of frequent elevator use.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
