You can also fish from the jetty (fishing is permitted for a small fee). In the Weerribben Wieden nature reserve you will find various species of fish such as: Bitter roach, ten-spined stickleback, goby, ruisvoorn, pike, baas and more. Night fishing from the jetty at the house is permitted as long as it does not cause a noise nuisance.
There is the Villa Bodelaeke restaurant and a boules court. A play beach with a pirate ship is open especially for children. There is a swimming area, limited by buoys, for children up to a depth of 130 cm. You can also hire bicycles and e-bikes in the park.
