This large, spacious old French property with its 13thc tower (& resident owl) has just been refurbished to a very high standard and comprises of three houses - the Manoir, the Vigneron and the Grange which can rented separately or all together.
The Vigneron - sleeps 8 with accommodation on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the kitchen and a shower room / toilet. The first floor houses the living room and the fun "Couve" bedroom. This room has a small ladder leading to an old couve which can hold 2 single mattresses. Also a double bed. There is also a cot for a baby. The top floor has the double en-suite bedroom
Outside is a large, gated courtyard, whilst to the side is a secluded patio garden with pool (9m x 4.5m and 1.2m deep).
The pool is in use from 13/04/2024 - middle of October. the pool is shared with guests at Le Manoir, maximum 12 guests).
POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!
There is also a BBQ, summer kitchen with drinks fridge, shower, cloakroom, table tennis and lots of teak garden furniture for relaxing. The church behind is lit at night and proves a wonderful backdrop to dinner!
The pretty garden has been planted with scented flowers including jasmine. There is also a baby vine, olive and small orange trees.
