Entrance into the spa and gym incurs an additional cost, the hotel will charge the first night for reservations of more than 3 bedrooms, parking spaces cannot be reserved. they must be requested upon arrival at the hotel, please note that for the full board option the first meal to be served is lunch and the last is breakfast. for the half board option the first meal to be served is dinner and the last is breakfast, when booking half board and full board, please note that drinks are not included, please note some of the rooms do not have balcony or granted views either, all reservations arriving or staying the 25th of december include the special xmas lunch also all the reservations arriving or staying the 31st of december include the new year's gala dinner, gran hotel bali informs that the gala dinner is not included on reservations that have their stay during the 31/12/25 in bed&breakfast.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
