Absolute gem in an exceptional and unique location! The apartment Gondola is located at 1129 m above sea level. NN. and offers a magnificent valley view of the Schliersee across alpine meadows and forests. The high-quality furnished 2-room apartment with bathroom and fully equipped pantry kitchen is on the 2nd Floor (top floor) of a well-kept apartment building. Up until 1963, the top station of the "Old Cable Car" was located here, which led from the Neuhaus district (town on the south bank of the Schliersee) to the Spitzingsattel (i.e. just before the south bank of the Spitzingsee). Parking spaces are available directly at the house.

The 2-room apartment has a bathroom with toilet and shower and a kitchenette. This is well equipped, among other things, with a two-burner stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer.
