Summary: Very old place. Not charming old but slummy old. There were a number of bugs in my room, stains on the carpet, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, but I wouldn't eat it if it wasn't included. But the worst part is that it's located right next to train tracks, so you will hear the train from 4am until midnight!! I got the worst sleep in years at this hotel.

Summary: Very good value. Parking and breakfast included, walking distance to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and the CBD. Breakfast is good. Parking is limited.
This place isn't flash but well worth the cost

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Georgian Court. We had come to participate in Melbourne marathan and chose this hotel as close to where we needed to be. The hotel definately needs some improvements and maintenance done, but this was reflected in the very cheap price we paid. Floors could do with possibly restumping, outdoors at the front defibately needed weeding and fresh paint. Our room was clean but basix which was fine fir our needs and would stay again

Summary: The hotel is close to many of the city atractions , public transportation is very close , like train station ( West Richmond , Mernda or Hurdbridge lines , 5 minutes to Flinders and southern Cross ( to catch thebairport bus , either Skybus , or Craigeiburn train to Broadmedows and bus 901 ) The hotel neighbor is nice , safe and quiet

Summary: DATED, TAP IN BATHROOM ALMOST DETACHED, MICROWAVE DIRTY, BROKEN GLASS ON BALCONY. ON THE PLUS SIDE PARKING FREE AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

Summary: Good food guys in the kitchen great not so much reception no effort to talk or even welcoming. Room not clean bed ok with clean sheets but bathroom disgusting went home to have a shower will never stay there again

Summary: The location is perfect for CBD and MCG. The room was clean and big enough, of course you can see, that its not new, but everything was fine and working. The bed was comfy.
