Summary: “The hotel is a bit far from the city center. It is 1 kilometer from the tram stop and 500 meters from the bus stop, and after that you have to walk uphill. Apart from the transportation issue, it is a clean and nice hotel. However, although we made our reservation on hotels.com with breakfast included, we learned at the hotel that breakfast was not included and we were asked to pay an extra fee. Even though we emailed the authorities, hotels.com claimed that the mistake was ours. It was the first time we encountered such a situation. Be very careful when making a reservation on the site.”
