Positive: positions and houses configuration . Everything very practical. Good park and great sea view from the room.

Negative: Cleaning must be improved. Dishes to be cleaned again. Filter of the A/C shall be cleaned. Some accessories to be repaired (as in the toilette, for the shower head, battery in the remote, and lightness of the room is totally insufficient).
