• before check-in, guests must send a valid id (photo or scan) for all guests, as we are legally required to register your stay with the tourist office, • the tourist tax must be paid immediately at leaving the apartment, turn off the lights, electronic devices and other appliances (tv, air conditioner, heating…), • the apartment can be used only by checked-in guests. if a third person is using the apartment, the reservation may be canceled without a refund, • if you are having visitors, the host has to be informed in advance, • due to the selfcheckins way of doing business, some of our apartments have a security camera in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is used solely to verify the number of people entering the apartment. the use of the apartment is considered each entry into the apartment, regardless of how many people will sleep there, • pets are not allowed in the apartment, • it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is one), • quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. it is not allowed to make noise or throw parties, • please note that noise from neighbors, building activity, or city traffic may occur, and this does not constitute a reason for complaint or refund, • due to climate and building conditions, the occasional appearance of mold is possible, especially in humid environments, • do not put inappropriate items down the toilet or sink, • use towels only for personal hygiene. if there are any stains or damaged areas, you must notify the host and cover the cost of replacement, • please do not damage the furniture, appliances and other items in the apartment. in case of damage, you must notify the host and cover the cost of repairs or replacements, • guests must report any problem they have with the apartment or if they are not fully satisfied during their stay, • in case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required every 7 days. guests are required to pay the cleaning fee for each mandatory cleaning. the amount is the same as the standard cleaning fee already paid, • when checking out, the host is obliged to inspect the apartment in the guest’s presence, • dishes must be washed before check-out, • before leaving the apartment, return all keys to the place where you found them, if necessary, guests must allow access to the apartment to the owner, handyman, employees of the company that manages the apartment, and other authorized people. valid reasons include, but are not limited to: state inspections, internet operator
