You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate 3 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for a child (length 180cm), one terrace with lake view and and a second shady 10 square meter terrace with a 12 square meter lawn bathroom with shower and a washing machine, and bedroom with double bed ( 160cmx200cm). The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.
