2018 neu renovierte gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen erhöhten Wohngebiet von Alpirsbach (500 m ü.d.M.) Die Ferienwohnung liegt ungefähr 10-15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit 103 m2 Wohnfläche sehr geräumig und liegt nur etwa 50 m vom Waldrand mit vielen Wanderwegen. Auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie (Vogtsbauernhoefe/ca 35 Min.), Europapark Rust(1 Std.), Freiburg/Titisee(ca 70 Min.), Feldberg (ca 90 Min.), Baden-Baden/Elsaß (ca 60-7o Min.), Schwarzwaldhochstraße (ca.30 Min.) sind alle bequem erreichbar. Die Gastronomie ist ebenfalls reichlich vertreten. Wir haben zahlreiche Gaststätten und Cafes hier. Im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Sat-TV. WLAN gibt es in der ganzen Wohnung. Es gibt eien Stellplatz und Parken auf der Straße ist kostenlos.

Die Küche ist ausgerüstet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und 4-Platten Herd. Eine Kaffemaschine, 1 Espressomaschine (Nespresso), einToaster, Wasserkocher vervollständigen die Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, einer Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken und einem WC ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste WC mit Waschbecken. Der Balkon hat zwei Komfortstühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Außerdem ist die Wohnung mit Naturholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Handtücher und Ersatzbettwäsche sind kostenlos verfügbar.
