Our small, well-kept villa directly on the shore of the Adriatic Sea, hidden in a Mediterranean garden close to the historic towns of Zadar and Nin, offers the best conditions for an unforgettable beach holiday or an active sporting holiday. You can choose between several sandy or rocky beaches, which start just 70 metres away. After a wonderful swim in the sea, you can stay on the beach or return to the wonderful tranquillity of your own garden. You can always enjoy a direct view of the sea and the spectacular island landscape on one side and the majestic Velebit mountain range on the other. The whole area is open for long walks, jogging, cycling, boat trips, nature hikes and exploring the historic Dalmatian towns, such as Zadar (approx. 15 km) or Nin (approx. 1 km). If you have a boat with you, you can leave it 100 metres away in the marina. The famous surfing paradise of Sabunika is just a five-minute drive away. You arrive and depart on Saturdays, although you can of course book our villa for several weeks. We welcome you in a sophisticated ambience with exquisite wine and organic olive oil and are always available to give you advice.
The entire property is fenced. On the grounds you will find a carport for two Austos, a barbecue area and a garden shower. The garden is typically Mediterranean and in the right season you can pick honey-sweet figs, mandarins or lemons directly from the tree. Several olive trees that grow here should be protected, as they produce a first-class olive oil in autumn - you are guaranteed a taste :-). In the garden or on the terrace you can enjoy your time in the shade or in the sun between dips in the sea.
The villa is equipped with very stylish and comfortable furniture. Up to 9 extra beds are possible. One bedroom with a double bed without a footboard is located on the ground floor. From this room, you can walk past the kitchen directly out onto the terrace and marvel at the sea in the fresh breeze. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and here you can admire the Adriatic panorama from two balconies. There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. On the ground floor you will find a living room and a spacious eat-in kitchen, on the first floor a reading and relaxation room. We have installed two televisions (SAT-TV) in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor.
The first beaches start about 70 metres away and you can also moor your boat in the marina. The walks by the sea or in the old town centres of Nin and Zadar are unforgettable. Would you like to spend your holiday in a more active way? Cross-country skiing, cycling, mountain hiking, sailing, surfing (the surfing mecca of Sabunika is only a 5-minute drive away) are all part of everyday life here.
