It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room, both facing our wonderful garden. Our kids love to run in the grass and take showers on the terrace when it's too hot ...
We have fan-coils to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
Parking on our street is easy and free and there is a free car park at the rear.
We have a bus stop right outside our door.
It was specially designed with all the care and affection to accommodate our large family - we are 6: 2 adults and 4 children under 10 years ...
Our Garden ... is a paradise!
It is bright and has space for the activities of the whole family. Our children love to run in the grass, play in the little house, play ball and, above all, take a shower on the terrace when it is very hot .... As the terrace is sheltered from the wind and our centenary lemon tree provides shade, many of the year-round meals are taken out here!
When everyone is already lying down it is the height of adults to enjoy the quiet under the starry sky, the view magnifies and drink a glass!
Our apartment!
On the first floor there is a suite, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, 1 bathroom. The dining room and living room are both facing the garden.
The stairs between the ground floor and first floor have a retractable safety rail as you can see from the photographs.
With 4 small children, our home is equipped with all necessary equipment including crib, potato chair and one of the beds has a security barrier.
Most of all our children make a point of sharing the toys with our little guests because holidays without toys are not holidays!
Eco-friendly!
Our house is due to the quality of its construction, a naturally cool house in the summer and warm in the winter. However, when we prepared it to receive our family we wanted to get all the comfort and we took care of, whenever possible, to opt for solutions more environmentally friendly.
So we do not have air conditioning, we have fan-convectors: the most eco-friendly heating solution in the winter and cooling in the summer. They are more energy efficient and use the water heated by the solar panels that is also useful for heating bath water.
All rooms, kitchen and living rooms have fan-convectors to maintain pleasant temperature in summer and winter.
