Great parking in the front of the house. It can accommodate two trucks with trailers. City water and sewage. Very spacious. Central Air. Big kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat. There is a 24 burger char-broil grill and fire pit with seating on concrete patio. There is 2 sxs parts stores in walking distance. One being right behind the house on the corner. Tucked off of Highway 52. It’s a very unique and historic house in the town of Gilbert.
