Watch eagles and deer from the spacious deck of this island view home. The house is a three-minute walk from the community playground, beach, picnic area, fire pit. Located 7 miles south of the historical town of Coupeville, WA, the house is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Clinton Ferry dock on the south end of the island or from Deception Pass bridge on the north end of Whidbey Island. This bright, tastefully furnished home features a full kitchen with eating area and dishwasher, 1 and 1/2 baths, large ocean-view dining/family room with a 46-inch satellite TV, an ocean view living room with a full hide a bed and fireplace, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The two main floor bedrooms feature a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, all with pillow top mattresses. A folding single bed with a memory foam mattress and a 2nd TV are located in the basement. The wrap around deck has a full dining table, a propane BBQ and a comfortable eating/visiting area.
This home has a 4 to 6-night minimum in July/August, and 2 night min if within 10 days of date.
Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy. Digital rental contract sent to guests from Tara Vacation Rentals after booking, to be signed prior to arrival.
