The second bedroom also features a cozy queen bed. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, stocked with cookware essentials for your culinary adventures. Relax in the spacious living room, furnished with ample seating, a 50" Smart TV, and a cozy indoor fireplace. Parking is a breeze with 4-6 spaces available at the back of the house and in the driveway, RV-friendly too! Enjoy a refreshing shower in the full bathroom, where towels, soaps, and even pool towels are provided. For added convenience, we offer an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the patio, complete with a seating area and BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Plus, we're delighted to welcome your furry friend as we're dog-friendly! Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. As this little home is very close to downtown, occasional events may be heard from the house. These events may last until 9pm and are generally on the weekend nights.

This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Portable AC unit - Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
