Summary: The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the gentleman at the front desk provided friendly service. Check-in was quick and effortless, which set a positive tone at the start of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable hole in the bathroom door, and one of the bedspreads had a dark stain. While the furniture appeared new and thoughtfully chosen—showing that the hotel is making efforts to update its spaces—other details were overlooked. The bathtub did not seem fully cleaned, and the lamp was covered in dust, which detracted from the overall impression of the room. Our experience was further impacted by being placed next to a group of very loud guests. Despite someone attempting to address the noise, it continued late into the night, making it difficult to rest. This property has strong potential given its building, location, and affiliation with the Wyndham brand. With more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort, it could become a much more enjoyable place to stay.
