Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this top floor condo has 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10-12 comfortably in terrace vacation rentals Park City. The free shuttle picks up right in front of the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway. The open main level features high ceilings and large windows, gorgeous wood floors, a living room with a sleeper sofa and plenty of seating, a ceiling fan, a 50” HD Smart TV, a balcony with a BBQ and unbeatable views. The nearby fully-equipped kitchen is a perfect place to prepare a meal or gather together. There’s a ½ bath near the living room and a laundry closet with a full-sized HE washer and dryer for use. The Primary suite is also located on the main level. A King-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination make relaxing after a day on the slopes a breeze. Upstairs, the large 2nd bedroom has two Queen-sized beds and a ceiling fan. The 2nd full bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a tub/shower combination. The loft-style 3rd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and privacy screen. The main loft area is a perfect space for kids with 2 Twin-sized beds and seating, with a 36” HD Smart TV and stationary bicycle as well.
