Wonderful and unique selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the grocery store, and NSLC. Darrel's makes a mean peanut butter burger and has a great patio. Lots of great shopping on Spring Garden and Barrington - both only a 10 minute walk away!

Neighbourhood is very walkable. There is a bus line only a few steps from the front door which is very convenient. Parking is limited in the area - there is free parking outside the house but only from 6pm to 8am.
