Our 4 star holiday apartment is located in the western part of Freiburg and with good transport links to the center offers the optimal mix between quietness and proximity to the sights. In a few minutes you can reach the Seepark recreation area on foot. Here you can swim, play mini golf, there is also a playground and a boat rental. In the center of our district there is a dining restaurant with a beautiful beer garden, an ice cream parlor and a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings and other shops. A bank, pharmacy, doctor and post office can also be found here. The apartment comfortably offers space for 4 people on 45sqm. The living room with comfortable seating (1 couch, 2 armchairs) offers seating for 4 people. An additional couch can be used as a double bed (140x200cm). After a long day with lots of impressions in the city, you can relax with a book, the satellite TV or on the Internet (free WiFi). The bedroom has a double bed; a cot can be placed. A meal can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There is enough crockery and cutlery, an electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and spices. The dining area seats 4 people. If necessary, there is of course a high chair for the little ones. The bathroom has an outside window, a bath with shower and a hair dryer. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and cleaning are included in the price.
Where to go in Freiburg
Quietly located on the edge of the Mooswald forest, you can reach the historic city center with its famous 'Bächle', the beautiful farmer's market with its sausage stands (a 'red' is part of every Makt visit) and the beautiful old town with the two city gates easily accessible by public transport (7 minutes on foot to the next stop).
The old town, which is well worth seeing, is famous for its Münster with the 'most beautiful tower of Christianity' and the historic buildings around Münsterplatz.
Freiburg is also famous for the Mediterranean flair of the city center, which invites you to look and shop.
Cyclists also get their money's worth in Freiburg's surroundings, from easy to demanding. Bicycles can be borrowed from the bike rental station, information about this is available in the apartment. A Nordic Walking Parc in the nearby Mooswald complements the sporting offer. The Eugen-Keidel thermal bath is approx. 3 km away.
The university clinic and the new exhibition center are also nearby (5 minutes by car).

It is around 80 km to Basel with its old town and airport. The famous Europapark Rust and Taubergießen (boat trips on the Old Rhine) are approx. 36 km away.
Titisee in the Black Forest with an adventure pool can be found approx. 45 km to the east.
