Welcome to Pancake Hollow Farm in Corbin City. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, 2 bathrooms, and amenities like WiFi and AC/Heating, this property offers a superb stay for guests. Relax in the cozy living spaces or breathe in fresh air from our scenic 20 acres. The 104 year old farmhouse has been completely restored from top to bottom. New HVAC, windows, hardwood flooring, kitchen and bathrooms create a modern, yet rustic experience. The farmhouse is nestled in the middle of 150 year old cedar trees that line Route 50. It has a large front porch for morning coffee, and a shaded backyard for evening grilling. There are areas of mowed pastures and wooded trails surrounding the property. Thick woodlands are abundant with wildlife. On occasion we see deer, wild turkeys, eagles, raccoons and foxes. A large 2 story barn located on the property is not accessible at this time. It is currently under renovations for future events. On the weekends you can find us at the barn or market working inside. Stop by and say hi ! We also suggest taking precautions regarding ticks and mosquitoes when walking beyond the backyard area. Though we keep the grounds tidy, wildlife bring certain pesky bugs with them.
Corbin City is within biking distance of the Tuckahoe River and Tuckahoe-Corbin City Fish and Wildlife Management Area. Enjoy birding, kayaking, boating and walking the trails. If you prefer the beach, Pancake Hollow Farm is approximately 11 miles from the 34th Street beach in Ocean City or 14 miles to Sea Isle City. Centrally located, you are within 30 minutes of various shore points, fine dining, casinos, and shopping. If meandering through the backroads is your thing, there are plenty of farmer's markets, eateries, and unique shops to explore. There are several boat ramps within 2 miles of the farmhouse to launch your boat or kayak. You are able to store your kayaks or drop your trailer at the farm while not using them. Please let us know in advance, and we will show you where to store your property.
Located within 10 miles of Pancake Hollow Farm are take-out, restaurants, and Shoprite of Marmora. Shoprite offers online shopping, and pickup/delivery for your stay. In the same shopping plaza are several restaurants. We frequent Mamma Mia's and Las Olas Taqueria, Dino's Dinner and Village Kitchen. Amazing food, great service and pricing with a local flare. Please reach out to us for specific dining needs or specialties. Mamma Mia's has Gluten Free pasta that is amazing.
