Our villa is located at the edge of a little hamlet of Kozljak, 6 km away from the sea. It consists of two levels: the ground floor with an open plan kitchen and living room and the top floor with 2 bedrooms. In between is a level with a bathroom, separate toilette and utility room. We have decorated the house in traditional style and furnished it carefully. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a table for six. In the air-conditioned living area is a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a built in fireplace, a flat screen Satellite TV with usb player and a Stereo CD player with radio.
A few steps up is a bathroom with bath and shower, in the corner is a washing machine. There is a separate WC on the same level, as well as the utility room with iron and ironing board. The top floor has one double air conditioned bedroom.
The front garden is 1200 m2, the back garden extends into the nature park and is beautiful for evenings spent relaxing. In the front of the house is a lovely sitting out covered terrace overlooking the pool, from which you can enjoy the views and sunsets; next to this is a side terrace with built-in barbecue.
