• arguileh is not allowed. all our rooms are nonsmoking rooms, • our in-room kitchenettes are equipped with a fridge, microwave and electrical stove only. there are no kitchen utensils, • pets are not allowed, • cleaning (including amenities refill) is done every day for the rooms with daily packages; however linens and amenities are changed every other day, • extra linens/ amenities (upon availability) are subject to extra daily charges, • up to 2 children under twelve (free of charge) can be added to the normal capacity when sharing the room with their parents only, • there will be no beddings for the in-room sofas, • all related food & beverage invoices should be paid in cash at the restaurant only, • personal towels should be used for the pools, and the gym. room towels should never be taken outside the rooms, • burkinies are not allowed in the swimming pools, • nannies are not allowed in the swimming pools, • visitors to the rooms are not allowed. however they are welcome to stay in the lobby.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
