This condo has a huge balcony at 40 feet long, the floor plan is very spacious at over 1300 sq feet, this floor plan gives one of the most beautiful views of the ocean. The unit has 9ft ceilings with some crown molding, new furniture, new king mattress, new full size washer and dryer, 3 new large flat screen TV's, DVD player, 2 King beds, 2 twin beds in bunk area, new queen sofa bed, free Wifi, covered parking, Pack-n-Play for the little one, 2 FREE beach chairs with umbrella (over a 150 dollar value), Gated Resort with on site security 24 hours a day.

In this case, one vehicle must park in the assigned space and the other must park in any un-numbered space. Violators of this policy may be towed at the vehicle owners' expense.
