The cottage has a large sun filled loft-like open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling, making it bright and providing a feeling of spaciousness. It is a very pleasant living space for both relaxation and work. The two bedrooms are quiet and at opposite ends of a hallway for privacy. I've experienced some of the best nights sleep that I can remember. The street is a dead end with very few cars. There are two areas to sit outside. There is a patio by the house and a pebble garden on the side of the house with a table and four chairs for dining. I have tea there every morning. The backyard is ample and private. I've also created another seating area toward the back of the property with a Breo fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The house is within walking distance from Circle Beach and Long Beach. Cromer's Market is around the corner. The house is a two miles from the middle of the village. During the busy summer season, it has been a pleasure to be in such close proximity and be able to retreat to my quiet street away from people. There are several restaurants on Noyac Road within walking distance including Cappelletti, Bell & Anchor and MJ Dowling's, as well as a liquor store.
