Summary: A unique set of cottages amongst a friendly family. Close to the main part of town but far enough away that you can enjoy some solace. The rooftop was the best part. We hung out up there admiring the "mogotes" and view of the valley. They have a generator so even with power outages, you have lights! Breakfast is $5 and plentiful with eggs, fruit, ham, cheese, toast, juice and coffee. Americans bring your passports as I only had a copy and that created a little issue but all was well.

Summary: Lovely rooms and excellent food cooked by Obel. Easily the best vegetarian food in Cuba so far and really good value for restaurant quality food. The family also helped arrange a day excursion with their brother in law who took us on a horse riding trip involving swimming in a cave

Summary: Hosts were great. Very helpful and willing to sort things out. Lovely breakfast served onyour balcony. Great evening meals - we had the lobster and it was the best meal we had in Cuba. Also laundry done same day service. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Hosts brother-in-law lives next door and can arrange any trips etc. that you want. We went horse rifding inthe valley and it was based around what we wanted to see and do rather than being a fixed outing. Room clean and comfortable. Great value. Only word of cautiuon is that you will receive a message on booking that states "unlike most places we accept credit cards; M/C & Visa". This simply isn't true and it's all cash, which caused us some inconvenience.

Summary: Cannot fault the stay. The property was comfortable, well maintained and came with stunning views.
Obel and Yoly were incredible hosts! Their hospitality made the stay, nothing was too much trouble and they helped us book our excursions. The breakfasts were delicious.

Summary: The cabin was cute. There was no toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. The towel was clean but old. Across from the house was a gabage depot. Obel and yoli were very nice. For $20, obel prepared the best lobster ever.

Summary: We had an amazing stay with Obel and Yoly. The accommodation was perfect and they were very generous and welcoming hosts. Obel’s food was delicious too - all in all, it was our favorite place in Cuba. The tours which were organised through Yoly’s brother were also first rate.
