Positive: Beautiful nature around Decently equiped kitchen

Negative: There was no AC while it was in the description 4th room has hole in the middle and is reachable via flimsy stairs There are bats living under roof that will visit you when you leave window open There was black mold in the upper bathroom Some equipment would deserve replacement as it is barely working anymore Electric installation is somewhat dangerous on the terrace The whole place should be cleaned better
