The Haven at Hurricane is located on picturesque Center Hill lake and offers so much for your family and friends to enjoy the perfect lake getaway. This recently updated luxury home now features occupancy for 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and multiple amenities. One of the best attributes of this home is the convenience to Hurricane Marina and the lake. A healthy walk or 4 min ride and you are at what many consider the best marina on the lake, Blue Water Grill and Floating Mill recreation area and beach.
The space
The Haven at Hurricane offers plenty of parking in the driveway or in front of the home. The bedrooms include a king suite on the main level as well as a second bedroom with queen bed. The lower floor is newly constructed and features two bedrooms with king beds. Two built-in twin XL bunks are located in hallway.
The spacious kitchen and living room on the top level provide an excellent gathering space with well stocked kitchen, large sectional couch and huge flat screen TV.
There are multiple amenities and modern technology to make everyone’s stay more fun and enjoyable. YouTube TV is available on the three indoor and one outdoor TV’s as well ad 1G speed internet. Outside includes a wood pellet smoker/grill, hot tub, outdoor TV, outdoor shower and new fire pit deck. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed on the multiple wraparound decks.
This home is one of the closest to Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill. The convenience to the lake and only 4 miles off I-40 are huge pluses for this property.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home with these few exceptions:
- 2 locked owners closets on main level and two locked owners closets on lower level.
- Garage door
- Owner keeps a covered golf cart in driveway. This is NOT part of the rental of this home and is not listed as an amenity. Please do not allow kids to play on the golf cart or remove the cover.
Other things to note
- Absolutely no pets
- Renters must be 25+ years old with no exceptions
- No unauthorized guests on the property. Number of guests should never exceed the max 10 allowed. Please make sure to note the number of guests when making the reservation.
- We do not stock wood for use in fire pit. You can purchase fire wood at the Shell station just off I-40 or other convenience stores in the area. There is a water hose hanging on the fire pit deck and all fires must be watered down when done for the night.
- Home has steep steps both inside and outside. Outside steps can be slick when wet. All guests must use caution with steps and pay close attention to kids using the steps.
- There are three Ring cameras outside. One for the main entry door, one facing fire pit and the other covers the golf cart and driveway.
- If you park in the gravel in front of the home make sure your car is completely off the main road. Limit 2 cars in front of home. Do not park past the front door.
