It's a walking distance to the beach, grocery, restaurant and a few minutes drive to downtown Christiansted. There is a laundry on site and private parking. The complex is gated and secured. For someone new to the island, this is a great location to get to the different spots and necessities. The condo complex is in a quiet location and the complex is well maintained.
There's AC in the whole unit- a must in the Caribbean! Cable TV and Netflix/Amazon Prime are available in the unit. A Queen size bed with comfortable mattress and fresh and clean linens and extra pillows.
Bathroom has the basic essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Beach chairs, cooler and floaters are available too.
Kitchen is equipped with essentials- electric stove, toaster oven, pots and pans microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and cooking essentials.
