Summary: The room was large and convenient. Breakfast was very good. The back patio is nice. We walked to a restaurant very close by and it was good. Note that this place is impossible to find using Google maps, gps, and the address provided. We drove around for over an hour trying to find it. Finally we stopped into a store and the very kind lady walked us to the inn. Then we could not figure out which room was ours. We couldn’t find any staff. It said our key should be in the box outside our room, so we checked every room, but no box had any keys. We called out and tried to phone, but there was no answer. We were a bit frustrated because we drove around for so long looking for the place, and then we couldn’t get our room. Finally after a long time a very nice lady appeared and showed us our room. Another thing to note- the stairs are steep and irregular, since it is an old inn. Very charming and full of character.

Summary: Very nice hotel with nice host(s). We arrived for a one night stay on our passing through Germany. The hotel is cosy, very clean and we had a nice breakfast with many alternatives, even though we were the only guests for the night. I can recommend it.

Summary: a traditional environment. Our host was very personable, the location is in the middle of wine vinyards and the village has a nice selection of traditional dining opportunities

Summary: I loved the quaintness of the property while my children loved the loft area of our room. It was well lit with lots of light. And the people, although they didn’t speak English, they were super sweet and welcoming.

Summary: This would probably be better described as a B&B and not hotel: it's a nice place, with a lot of older woodwork and flair on the bottom (restaurant) floor. Arriving after dark, it was a little hard to find, and it wasn't immediately clear to walk around to the back for the rooms. The room was spacious, and showers were nice and hot.
The communication from the hotel was all in German, not our first language. I would encourage them to get a translation of their information for those that might have issues. But the couple was effusive in their service, we had a pleasant stay while in the room.

Summary: We loved staying here, very clean and great location. Excellent breakfast.
Check inward a little bit difficult, there is a sign with a phone number, but nobody picked up. Also check out time was supposed to be 11 am, but cleaning lady insisted on cleaning at 10:15 am.
