Summary: I was honestly expecting an extremely rustic little cottage and this definitely wasn’t luxury but it was much prettier and more pleasant than I expected. The grounds are lovely, the horses are nice and easy hikes not in walking distance from the cabin. Cabin has a functional small kitchen with stove and even had cooking oil. Only hand soap available in bathroom but that comes with the territory, not even the nicest places we stayed in Iceland would qualify as luxury by US standards. Restaurant was good too. Recommend for anyone going to this area of the country.
