If you're looking for a lakeside retreat, there is no better spot. Enjoy peace and tranquility as you escape on the shore of Fourth Lake. Go for a swim, sit out on the porch, fall asleep to the waves. Outfitted with 2 queen beds in each bedroom, a twin bed, and an extra sleeper couch in the living room, this can serve as the perfect nest for a couples getaway or accommodate the family.
After walking down the path and over the bridge to the entrance, you will walk into the kitchen area with the bathroom located directly on the right. The kitchen is fully outfitted for any cooking needs - all we ask is you clean and care for them like its your own and clean up after yourself. Following the kitchen is the open dining and living area flooded in light and reflections from the lake. Both bedrooms are located right off of the living area. Feel free to enjoy the sitting area on the side deck.
Guests will have access to the apartment and deck on the side of the boathouse. Access to the storage area below is prohibited.

No smoking, no pets, and no events allowed. You will need to take your garbage with you - bags will be provided. While we have comforters and pillows, you will need to bring your own linens, including sheets and towels.
Please note: This is a Boathouse, not the Marriott. It’s a little old inside but in a really cool spot right on 4th Lake. The WiFi can be a little spotty especially during a storm. It’s on top of the water in the Adirondacks which is surrounded by trees and mountains so you will not get the best reception here. There is a queen bed and a full bed as well as two brand new leather couch/futons .
