The tiny, 30 m² house consists of one room with a living area with armchairs, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a sleeping area (with 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, board games, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, a highchair and central heating. 2 modern bikes with gears are also provided so you can explore the area. Furthermore, the house has a private terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee. In your shared outdoor area, you will find a garden, terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. You are free to barbecue anywhere on the property. In a 7-minute drive, you will reach a small selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Amsterdam can be reached in approximately 40 minutes by car and the closest beach and the sea are an approximately 30-minute drive away.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Tea and coffee are free. There are 2 friendly dogs and cats on the property. The cleaning fee starts at €15 (for 2 nights), however, the fee depends on the length of the stay. The extra amount of money for the cleaning fee can be paid on spot.
