Everything in the "Loft" is brand new with a great kitchen, awesome shower, very comfortable beds with incredible linens! It does have a queen role-out bed in the sofa, also a trundle bed underneath the bed in the bedroom with the queen bed. Large tv's and wifi. You also will have (1) covered parking space. No Pets allowed. No smoking
