2400sq ft MCM 4 bd/2 ba home with views of the Sound and park like backyard--the yard and view are why we live here. It's a great place to stay for a large family or group.
Upstairs has 2 bd/1 ba with Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, living and dining.
Downstairs has 2 bd/1 ba with full kitchen & living room + laundry.
It is centrally locatated:
10 minutes to the space needle/key arena
16 minutes to Lumen field
4 minutes to Ballard
7 minute walk to bus line, restaurants, and grocery store
This is our personal home, so it is well stocked and has personal charm.
The space
Colorful, single family 2-story home on a beautiful lot with views of the Puget Sound. It has 2 living spaces, so it's great for groups or if you are vacationing with the in-laws!
The main entrance is through the gate up outside steps. The upstairs is mid century modern and downstairs is industrial modern.

-Master bedroom with king bed
-Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub with views of the Puget Sound and shower
-Living room with views of the Sound and Magnolia neighborhood. If you hear 3 honks, look for the cruise ship!

As mentioned, this is our personal home, so some of the closets will be locked. Because we live here most of the time, it feels like a home, and not a vacation home.

The guests can access the whole house via a keyless entry code. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 1 car. There's also free street parking
Other things to note
We have a dog, so despite our best efforts cleaning, there may be some dog hairs.
like most places in Seattle it does not have Air conditioning. the master bedroom upstairs has a standing AC. You get a good draft if you open the upstairs and downstairs back doors. Fans are available.
