Ideal for families and older couples the resort of Cala Blanca is perfect for that dream getaway. Just 5km from the stunning and historic city of Ciutadella with its narrow cobbled streets, cafes and shops and the breathtaking harbour lined with delicious seafood restaurants and late night bars. With over 1,000 years of history Ciutadella is an absolute must see.
The villa is Just 2 minutes walk to family friendly bars and restaurants and just 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful and safe turquoise waters and white sandy beach of Cala Blanca.
The beautiful crystal clear waters of Cala Blanca are very safe and perfect for snorkling, swimming or paddling. The sand is white and clean with great amenities including toilets and beachside restaurants.
On Arrival Parking is directly outside the Villa, the road is one way extremely quiet and safe.
Entry to the private villa is through a locked and secure gate taking you directly into the Villa grounds. Here you find the terrace and private pool area where there are 4 sun beds and an outside shower to wash away the sand after a day on the local beach.
A tree provides dappled shade in the garden and our spacious arched patio is perfect for outside dining.
On entering the villa you will find a light and spacious living room with brand new air conditioning and to the back the luxury fitted kitchen with a full cooker and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Through the hallway you will find our luxury bathroom with brand new shower, toilet, hand basin and an ample storage unit and large mirror.
The 3 Bedrooms consist of one double room with double bed and fitted wardrobes, Twin room with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and a single bedroom that has a single bed with a pull out spare bed and fitted wardrobe. Each bedroom has plug points and lamps.
Please Note this is our family Villa that we love dearly and it is a NON-SMOKING Villa. Smoking inside or on the premises is forbidden.
