This is multi-level home with gorgeous ocean views. There is a private walkway to ocean and plenty of outside deck space. It is convenient to the Tybee Theater, restaurants and much more, but yet removed enough to provide more privacy and less traffic. It is situated on the north end of the island and short walk to Tybee Lighthouse and historic sites as well as the new marine science center.
This gorgeous, 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo is perfect for the whole family. Two master bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms ensuite make it a very comfortable stay. There is a hot tub on the balcony attached to the third floor master. Simply walk down the pier from the home and you are on the beach at Tybee.
There is garage space for two small cars and another two parking spaces outside. Please be aware that parking is tight on Tybee, so additional vehicles will have to pay for street parking.
Please note that there is a charge of $300 if excessive sand causes any damage to the tub. Kindly rinse off the sand downstair before getting into the tub.
