Positive: - the placement was really pleasant near the lake - the staff was kind, even if not all of them knew English very well

Negative: - no one cleaned anything during our stay, let away the fact that in the room there were crumbs on the floor when we arrived (we arrived pretty late so there should have been enough time for the room to get clean); - we booked 2 rooms, the signal of the wifi was good only in one room - we had a very unpleasant incident on the first night; we arrived late, around midnight, and the front door of the hotel was closed, same with the lights. We couldn't open the door, no one answered the phone and no one told us we had to open the back door near the parking lot. It would have been amazing to have this info from the start; - very hot, even with the AC on
