Summary: Really safe, walkable to a lot of street vendors, and extremely roomy and worth the price. I would recommend staying here. The only downside was the non working elevators that gets really confusing. It was quite hard to get to my floor, 21st floor. Nail salon and massage salon is also inside the building, something to do and self care for yourself when it rains. This building does share rooms with different companies. Getting house clean was a hassle. And the WiFi isn't the greatest. But overall, for convenience, this is a great spot.
