Summary: My stay was disappointing. The internet didn't work, making it difficult to stay connected for work or personal use, and the staff were not friendly, which added to the frustration and made seeking assistance feel unwelcoming. My key card failed multiple times, requiring trips to reception. The heating unit was broken and I had to switch rooms, adding to the inconvenience. The rooms were cramped, and the beds uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and good service.
