The building is characterised by its tranquillity and independence despite its central location facing Avenida María Auxiliadora. It has a large living room with a three-seater sofa that is also a bed, a TV and a window overlooking the street, a dining room for 4 people, a fully equipped independent kitchen, new from 2024, a bathroom with an accessible shower and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and the bedroom overlook a communal patio, which is for exclusive use and is useful for storing bicycles. The bathroom is accessible for both rooms.
