Our characteristic centuries-old but completely modernized Ferienhaus Harzensfreund is located on the main street in the center of Sankt Andreasberg, the highest city in the German Harz mountains with -according to Bergfex- the highest rated ski facilities in Germany (Matthias-Schmidt-Berg with 4,6/5 stars), and is suitable to accommodate your whole family of up to 16 people.
The house provides 5 seperate bedrooms, one large and 2 smaller living rooms (all with sleeping sofas), a dining room with bar, 2.5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and a ski/bike storage at the side entrance. Besides these rooms there is a playroom for the kids, a small library, a huge entertainment room with Pool Biljart, Air Hockey, Fussball Table and Darts, an Infrared Sauna and an outside garden with a large terrace and grill, so there is plenty of room for entertainment. And all needed facilities, such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars, shops, ski-rental, lunchroom, pharmacy and a bus stop are just meters away.

Layout
Entering the ground floor leads to a hallway with garderobe. To the right there’s an apartment for 2-4 persons, with a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a double sleeping sofa. It has a separate dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a separated toilet. From the side entrance to the house you enter a ski / bike storage room, leading towards the entertainment area of the house (with biljart, air hockey, fussball table and darts) and a toilet. At the back of the entertainment area there is an infrared sauna and a rear exit leading to the backyard with 42 m2 terrace and grill. Via internal side doors the entertainment area is connected to the hallway of the rest of the house. There also is a seperate ski/bike storage, accessable via a side-door.
Going up the stairs you enter the first floor on a hallway with stairs leading to the second floor. Here is also the bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single box-spring beds (which can form a large bed), 1x single bed + bunk bed), the main living room (with a sleeping-sofa), a dining room with bar and tv and a separated kitchen inbetween these two.
On the second floor is a hallway with playing area for the kids. On the right side is a studio apartment with a living room/dinette with a double sleeping sofa and kitchenette, along with a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. To the back is a bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed. From the hallway to the left side is the master bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sleeping sofa, along with a walk-in closet.
