The construction of this new 40m2 studio was completed in December 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an "open bar" style dining table to the side. The wardrobe is spacious and is located in the small hallway that leads to the bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower with hand shower with 3 modes: rain, gentle or powerful massage.
