Positive: The apartment is maybe 300 metres vertical distance above the valley floor with incredible views of the snow capped mountains around you and also up the valley floor to the villages including Olivone ( maybe 10 km away; you need a car !! The apartment is very modern with underfloor heating and very tastefully designed and lit. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom a standard luxury bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and very new in its presentation. The owners live in the apartment above , and said hello, and you can see them coming and going , but pretty much your privacy is safe. We had terrible weather , but in good weather there were excellent outdoor seats and table tennis facilities. The sauna was beautiful and functioning!!
Negative: The apartment has some basic cooking supplies, like oil, salt , vinegar , which i asked about but was told would not be available. It would be helpful for people flying to know if they need to bring olive oil , salt pepper, washing powder etc. You don't want to buy these things snd only use a fraction of them. As we were departing , i pulled two 1kg local round cheeses ( to take home) from the top shelf, but the shelf came out with the cheeses and the safety glass smashed into hundreds of pieces. This is a design fault , hopefully it will not be replaced as this will recur as the shelf is not secured in the normal way. Being British !! We like large or medium sized mugs of tea , but the ones supplied were very small .. easily remedied!!
Summary: Very new , super lux modern stylish apartment in an incredible location !
