This holiday apartment on the ground floor of a newly constructed (2016) small residential complex, offers stunning views of the Veltins Arena. The living area, featuring underfloor heating, includes a comfortable sofa corner and a dining area. The sofa can easily be converted into a bed for two with a mattress and slatted frame. A baby cot is also available. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment, and large windows offer views of the bobsleigh run and the "Kappe" chairlift with its slopes.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The bedroom features a large, luxurious box-spring bed for restful nights. The second bedroom includes a bed with a pull-out bed underneath, forming a "double bed" suitable for children or smaller individuals (one mattress 90x200cm and one mattress 90x190cm). The bathroom, which also benefits from underfloor heating has a walk-in shower. In the summer, you can unwind on our south-facing sun terrace.
