The apartment is equipped with a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and a ceramic hob with extractor.
The bathroom has a shower of 0.90 mx 0. 90 m. A new steam boiler has been installed so that there is always nice hot water available. There is also a large bathroom furniture with sink and mirror and there is a hanging toilet.
The master bedroom of 12m2 has a luxury box spring and large scaffolding wooden wardrobe. In the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed.
In the modern living room there is a corner sofa which can easily be converted into a full-size double bed. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and on the flat screen TV is the Dutch channel package available and there is WIFI. There is also a WII game console with various games. For the little ones there is a baby bed and a high chair available which can be used free of charge.
The entire apartment is equipped with electric shutters. In the apartment there is a cot and high chair that may be used

Our cozy apartment is located in Niedersfeld, a beautiful and quiet suburb of Winterberg. Niedersfeld is best known among hikers and winter sports enthusiasts and is located on the edge of the forest. The Hillebachsee where you can water ski and wake boarding is close by. There is a beach, volleyball court, restaurant with terrace and a nice playground for the children. The Niedersfelder Hochheide where you can enjoy the beautiful nature is only 2 km away. The heart of Winterberg with its many ski facilities is a short 10-minute drive from our apartment.
In the center of Niedersfeld you will find a bakery with lunchroom, butcher's shop, greengrocer, bank, gas station, tourist office, a few restaurants, a playground and a small supermarket.
