Positive: The location and place was perfect. Plenty of room for the five of our family. Most things were clean and neat. Loved having the hot tub on the deck.
Negative: Upon arrival, we had a garage door code, but no keys to the front door. We were able to get in, but I needed to contact to find out the code for the lockbox to get the key to the front door. But that was not much of an issue and moved pretty smoothly. I’d highly recommend having the crew that comes in to clean look at the hot tub and make sure there’s enough water in there and the odor is not bad. The hot tub had a strange odor and the water level was low so when jets were used, they would spray the wall , since the pressure wasn’t correct and being covered with water. It took a few days of using the chemicals provided to get the odor to go down. The dryer lint collector screen was filled thickly with lint and paper inside. There was a lot of lint behind the dryer, so I did not use the dryer if we were not there as I was considering it to be a fire hazard. Cleaning crew might want to check the lint on the dryer when they leave for cleaning. The stairs from the main floor going up were very dirty and we were asked by the host to take our shoes off to go into the house which we did. But it felt a little unsanitary with having stairs that were so dirty on the carpet. there were some broken things also left in the pantry closet. could use more spoons for the silverware as there wasn’t enough of those. And the dish hand towels were looking old and well used. Lastly, trash containers outside I feel very dangerous being put out the night before as bears would come out at night tear open the trash cans and leave trash all over. Property manager should really put trash out during the Day , when the pick up is going to be. Multiple days there was trash all over the driveway to the condos. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Just being critical on things that could change to make it better.
Summary: It was a great convenient peaceful stay. Lots of room. Enjoyed the hot tub. If I was out here again
