House : 3 Bedroom - 2 full Bath Washroom - Full Kitchen - Dining Area - Laundry - 2 Parking - WIFI - Netflix/Amazon There is space for 2 Car parking & there maybe other Guests living downstairs.
Two Floors
- 1st floor (Kitchen, living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Powder washroom)
- 2nd floor ( 3 Bedroom, Laundry, 2 full washroom)
We understand the importance of bringing your pet and we love for you to have them with you. Due to health reasons of our guests such as Allergies, No Pets allowed in Bedroom area/Upstairs. There is carpet upstairs and if any damage or pet hair found upstairs subject to $300 additional cleaning fee. Damages additional charge.
Please ensure you complete the following tasks so that we can continue charging a lower cleaning fee for all of our Guest:
- No shoes inside house
- Limit of One Garbage Bag per week during stay. Additional Garbage Bags will be $10 per bag to dispose of with the city
- No furniture should be moved outside of the house ie. backyard
- Towels should not be used to remove facial cosmetics/makeup. If make up is found on towels/hand towels a replacement fee of $25 per towel will be charged
- Additional Pet Cleaning fee of $200 will be added once booking is confirmed if bringing pet. If you are not bringing pets no pet fee will be charged
- please let us know if you are bringing your pet so that we can be ready to accommodate them during your booking
- cleaning hair is a painful task and we want to make sure we give each guest the best experience while allowing their pet family stay with them. (PET Free Bedrooms, pet free furniture, please do not have your pet sit on the sofa as pet hair is very difficult to clean, please and thank you!).
- Please ensure all dirty towels are placed in the washing machine
- Please ensure all dishes and utensils used are washed and placed on the drying rack
- Garbage, recycling and Organic waste pick up (food waste) Green BIN is done on Thursday. Please ensure, you place items in the correct BINs for pick up on Thursday. Green BIN and Garbage BIN is beside door by stairs. Please place all white garbage bags from kitchen into one black garbage bag, and leave inside the bin for Thursday tied up.
- if you have a Pet, please ensure you pick up after them and you can throw the waste in black or white garbage bag
- please do not leave your pet unattended at all times
- Please let me know if you are bringing pets and ensure you add them to the reservation
- if it snows, please make sure to shovel your driveway and walkway to the basement and apply salt so that no one slip and falls
Notes:
- please ensure if your dog is in the backyard they are accompanied at all times. Dogs should not be left alone as other guests upstairs may be scared of them and to avoid any injury.
- please ensure you park your car on the Right side of the driveway. This way you are not blocking the basement tenants. To go to the entrance, follow path to the left of your car
