The house sits on a lot that is shared with a tiny home nestled in the back. Both homes have their own private entrances and the backyard is divided by a 6 foot fence offering both residences complete comfort and privacy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and there is a washer dryer so you may wash your clothes on-site.
Off street parking is available in the driveway and there is room for one vehicle under the covered carport.
